Term 3

The integrated topic in term 3 is 'Social Justice'. During French classes, the Grade 3 and 4 students will be exploring French vocabulary relating to body parts, through the story 'Gluk le géant’, and research Louis Braille and his work for vision impaired people.

Grade 3 and 4  students will also be taking part in the BPPS French Poetry Competition. They will examine the best way to recite a poem in French and will rehearse and memorise it in class, in preparation for the Competition.

Grade 3 students will learn the poem 'Pour mon goûter' and Grade 4 students will learn the poem 'La vie'. Students are encouraged to practice their poem at home, by listening to the recording on Showbie.
