Term 3

The integrated topic in term 3 is 'Social Justice'. During French classes, the Grade 1 and 2 students will explore French vocabulary concerning cultural similarities and differences throughout the world, through a French song (Les Titounis et les pays du monde) and completing written work on countries around the world.

Grade 1 and 2  students will also be taking part in the BPPS French Poetry Competition. They will examine the best way to recite a poem and will rehearse and memorise it in class in preparation for the Competition.

Grade 1 students will learn the poem 'J'ai du chocolat' and the Grade 2 students will learn the poem 'Mes cinq sens'
